We define the product, category, delivery country, target price, volume and technical requirements.
- Manufacturer research and pre-qualification
We research suitable manufacturers and check capacity, certification, product fit and commercial terms.
- Offer and sample assessment
We compare offers on the same terms and, where needed, coordinate the sampling and product-adaptation process.
- Negotiation and order follow-up
We support the negotiation of price and commercial terms, and follow documentation, shipment and repeat-order processes.

We share manufacturer and buyer details in line with a written framework defining the parties’ responsibilities and confidentiality principles.
We decide based on landed cost
We do not assess a product on its ex-factory price alone. Taking freight, customs duties, non-recoverable taxes, operating costs and sales-channel margins into account, we calculate the landed cost and the potential selling price in the target market. Where necessary, we work on price, weight, formulation, packaging, order quantity or logistics structure.
For retail and distributor projects, we assess the indicative shelf or selling price based on channel margins. For production inputs, we focus on the delivered factory cost, technical yield and the input’s effect on the final product cost.
